The G1200N Over Fascia Vent offers a versatile and efficient solution for ventilating eaves and roof spaces, ensuring superior airflow between the roof membrane and fascia board. Ideal for structures without eaves or soffits, it’s compatible with both timber and metal fascias and suitable for concrete tile and Colorbond roofs, making it a great option for new builds or re-roofing applications.
This vent exceeds the requirements of the National Construction Code 2022 Vol 1: F8D5 and ABCB Housing Provisions Standard 10.8.3, ensuring top-tier performance and compliance. Its design includes evenly spaced openings that allow airflow while preventing insect intrusion and capillary action.
