Bostik Seal N’ Flex 1 is a versatile, Class-A polyurethane sealant designed for both interior and exterior applications, including demanding commercial environments. This one-component, low-modulus sealant cures to form a tough, flexible bond that accommodates joint movement up to 100% (+50%) of the original joint width, making it an ideal solution for areas subject to cyclic expansion and compression.

Recommended Applications:
Suitable for residential and commercial use on substrates such as precast and tilt-up panels, brickwork, blockwork, and aluminum windows. It works effectively with various materials including granite, sandstone, marble, fiberglass, plasterboard, concrete, fiber cement sheets, and aluminum.

Product Availability:
Available in a 300mL cartridge and 600mL sausage in white, black, and grey to match a range of surface finishes.
