Aqua Flash Promotion - Terms & Conditions

1. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

This promotion commences at 12:01am on 1 June 2026 and closes at 11:59pm on 11 July 2026 (“Promotional Period”).

No entries or purchases made outside the Promotional Period will be eligible.

2. ELIGIBILITY

The promotion is open to customers who purchase Aqua Flash products from Roof Bros during the Promotional Period.

3. QUALIFYING PURCHASE

To qualify for an entry into the draw, customers must:

• Purchase Aqua Flash products only in a single transaction.
• Spend a minimum of $1,000.00 plus GST on Aqua Flash products in one invoice.
• The qualifying spend must be achieved solely through Aqua Flash products and cannot include any other products, brands, freight charges, delivery fees, deposits, credits, account adjustments, gift cards, labour charges, or miscellaneous charges.

4. SINGLE TRANSACTION REQUIREMENT

The minimum spend threshold must be achieved in one single invoice/transaction.

Multiple purchases, split invoices, separate orders, backorders, lay-bys, deposits, quotes, or transactions combined after purchase will not qualify.

5. ENTRY ALLOCATION

Each qualifying invoice will receive one (1) entry into the promotional draw unless otherwise specified by Roof Bros.

Only completed and fully paid qualifying purchases will be eligible.

6. PRIZE DRAW

The prize draw will be conducted on 13 July 2026 at the Roof Bros office.

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotional Period.

The winner will be contacted using the contact details associated with their purchase or trade account.

If the winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable period, Roof Bros reserves the right to conduct a redraw.

7. RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

If any qualifying purchase is:

• Cancelled;
• Refunded;
• Credited;
• Partially returned; or
• Adjusted for any reason,
  
  

and the adjusted purchase value falls below the qualifying spend threshold, the entry will be deemed invalid.

Roof Bros reserves the right to remove entries or recover the value of any prize or reward issued in error.

8. TRADE ACCOUNT CUSTOMERS

Trade account customers are eligible provided their account remains in good standing.

Roof Bros reserves the right to withhold entries or prizes where invoices remain unpaid or overdue.

9. EXCLUSIONS

The following do not count towards qualifying spend:

• Freight or delivery charges;
• Installation services;
• Labour charges;
• Deposits;
• Account payments;
• Gift cards;
• Credit notes;
• Warranty replacements;
• Returned goods;
• Complimentary products;
• Any product other than Aqua Flash.

10. FRAUD & MISUSE

Roof Bros reserves the right to disqualify any customer who:

• Attempts to manipulate or circumvent these Terms & Conditions;
• Splits purchases to gain additional entries;
• Returns products after receiving an entry or prize;
• Provides false or misleading information; or
• Acts contrary to the spirit of the promotion.

Roof Bros’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

11. PRIZE AVAILABILITY

Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash unless required by law.

Roof Bros reserves the right to substitute a prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.

12. GENERAL

Roof Bros reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion where reasonably necessary to protect the integrity of the promotion or comply with applicable laws.

By participating in the promotion, customers agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
