Any pricing, quotes, and communications between you and RoofBros — including by phone, email, or in-store/in-person — are treated as private and confidential between you and us. We do not share your quoted pricing, or the content of your emails, calls, or in-store discussions with us, with any other party, except:

where needed to actually deliver the product or service you’ve asked for (for example, passing a delivery address to our own delivery drivers, or an order to a supplier for a special order item);
where we’re required to by law (for example, a court order or regulatory request); or
where you’ve asked us to (for example, providing a copy of your quote to your builder at your request).

2. Information We Collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

**Contact details** — name, address, phone number, email address;
**Order and transaction information** — quotes, orders, invoices, payment details (processed securely; we do not store full card numbers), delivery instructions and site access notes;
**Communications** — records of calls, emails, and messages between you and us;
**Website and technical information** — such as IP address, browser/device type, and pages visited, collected via cookies or similar technology when you use roofbros.com.au; and
**Trade/business details**, where you’re purchasing as a business or trade customer (e.g. ABN, company name).
