The Roof Protect Terracotta Primer is expertly formulated with high-quality styrene acrylic, tailored to meet the unique needs of unglazed Terracotta tiles. This specially designed blend offers outstanding etch and adhesion properties, creating a strong bond between the primer and the surface, which enhances the performance and longevity of roof coatings. It is the ideal choice for roof restorations, particularly for Terracotta tiles, where superior adhesion is critical to a successful finish.
The primer offers impressive coverage, approximately 9 square metres per litre, and comes in 15-litre drums. Its water-based composition ensures easy cleanup after application. For professional roof restoration, it provides the foundation for a comprehensive system that includes surface cleaning, repairs, priming, and coating.
The product must be applied by an Accredited Applicator, and when applied correctly, it qualifies for the Industrial Roof Coatings’ warranty. This warranty covers product defects such as cracking or peeling, provided it has been installed according to manufacturer guidelines. External factors such as storm damage or improper installation are not covered, so it’s important to follow the instructions carefully to ensure maximum durability and protection.
