Its rugged design defends against wind-driven rain and dust while also acting as a water barrier, Class 2 vapor barrier, and even an air barrier for enhanced performance.

Compliance is baked right in: the product meets NCC 2022 Volum 1 (F3D3) performance standards as per AS 4200.1, and qualifies under the non-combustible sarking exemption (less than 1 mm thick; flammability index ≤ 5). It also satisfies BAL 12.5‑FZ bushfire requirements and fire hazard rules across all but specialized fire zones.
